Thank you for shopping with The Brown Brew. We want you to enjoy your tea and coffee products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Coffee and tea products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and food safety reasons.
  • Customised or specially prepared products may be excluded from return where legally permitted.

Please contact us before sending any return. We will provide return instructions.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item received is incorrect, or
  • the product arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee that returned items will be received without tracking.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within the legally required timeframe.

Refunds include the standard delivery cost paid at the time of purchase (where required by applicable law). Additional costs caused by choosing a more expensive shipping option are not refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • your package arrives damaged,
  • you receive the wrong product,
  • an item is missing.

Please include photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you quickly.
