Shipping policy

We ship most orders with DHL Paket.

Delivery time: After payment is received, your order will be processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Germany typically takes 3–5 business days.

Shipping costs: Current shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order tracking: If your order has been shipped with DHL Paket, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number, which you can use to track your delivery at any time.

Delays: In exceptional cases (e.g. high order volumes or carrier disruptions), delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding.
